Course Description
You are only as good as your team. It is your job as a leader to set the bar, inspire, and motivate your team to reach greatness. Are you yourself passionate about the mission and goals of your organization? If not, there’s very little chance you will be able to inspire anyone else. Inspiration has to start with you. Reacquainting yourself with your organizational vision, mission, and values is a great place to start. Your excitement will inspire others.
An inspired employee gives his or her all to their employer, and is constantly striving to be and do their best as well as use their skills and talents to their full potential. Sitting back and focusing only on your personal goals will not benefit your team or help your brand grow. Many leaders don’t even know where to begin when it comes to inspiring their staff, but leadership is not just an inherent skill. It can be taught. 71% of respondents to a recent McLean & Company survey stated that they believe their current leadership development to be unproductive. We can teach you effective methods to transition from motivating your team to inspiring them.
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Inspire Staff to Optimal Performance, you will:
- understand the importance of inspiration.
- personalize your organizational vision, mission, and values to inspire your individual staff members.
- be able to create an action plan to inspire staff.
- have the skills to document staff goals for future development.
- obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.

This course is part of the Supervisor 202 Series, but can be taken individually as well.
