Corporate and Continuing Education Non-Credit Course
Refund, Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy

If you find yourself in the situation where you are unable to attend your scheduled course, we will attempt to accommodate you in one of the following ways:
  • register you in a future offering of the same course, or
  • different course
If none of the above options work for you, and you have contacted our office prior to the registration deadline, we will be happy to issue you a refund less our standard withdrawal fee (effective January 1, 2018).

Cancellation requests may be submitted by email, mail, fax, by phone or in person.

Business, Community, Industry and select Series courses:  4 business days prior to start date $30 admin fee*
Be Fit for Life:  4 business days prior to start date 25% of the course tuition or $30, whichever is less.

Pre-Employment Trades:  4 business days prior to start date $200 non-refundable fee*

Withdrawal fee will go into effect January 1, 2018.

Registration withdrawals after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund.  These policies apply to all Corporate and Continuing Education
Department courses unless the course information specifically states a different policy.


Lethbridge College reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum student registration is not achieved and to make changes in course content and/ or program structure as circumstances may require. Every effort will be made to notify students by email or telephone of cancellations or changes before the start of the class.
