CourseGraphic Course Description
This highly efficient full body strength training class uses barbells, hand weights, sandbags bodyweight, and tubing to increase resistance to build muscular strength and endurance. Come into the class at any point in your fitness journey and the instructor will work with your current fitness level and progress you appropriately.
