ClassGraphic Description

This course will cover what goes into producing a game from project management, how to organize sprints, stand-ups, budgets, production schedule and SCOPE management. Will also show a designer web of the different areas of design.


Possible Deliverable - a Avaza or Trello of mock tasks with people assigned to them with definitions of who they are and the roles assigned to them with a break down of what their duties/roles are.
